The University Archives for the University of Connecticut is “responsible for the institutional memory” of the university. As such, the archive keeps records from the Storrs Agriculture School, the name for the university in 1881 when it was founded, to the present. Not only does the archive have documents related to the history of the university and its founding, there are also documents on student activities and campus life as well as records from the various academic departments.
